We do not tolerate:

• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Threats or abusive behaviour
• Spam or unwanted advertising

Let's keep ReCrafted a welcoming place for everyone.

Please ensure your listings are accurate and include:

• Clear photos of the actual item
• Honest descriptions
• Any defects, damage, or missing pieces
• Correct brand and product information whenever possible

Do not intentionally misrepresent an item.

Only list items you own or otherwise have the legal right to sell.

When listing an official manufacturer product, please use the shared product catalogue so buyers can watch and track it.

• Genuine branded products should be listed under their real brand
• Generic or unbranded items belong under "Unknown Brand"
• Bundles containing items from several makers can use "Mixed Brands"
• Seller-created bundles should not be added to the shared product catalogue

Please communicate politely and respectfully with buyers and sellers.

If plans change, let the other person know as soon as possible.

Good communication helps build trust within our community.

Only upload photos and content that you own or have permission to use.

Photos should show the actual item being sold wherever possible.

Do not sell counterfeit products or infringe on another person's copyrights or trademarks.

Product names, trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used on ReCrafted only to identify authentic products listed by sellers. ReCrafted is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for communicating directly, arranging payment and shipping, and completing transactions responsibly.

Ask questions before purchasing if you're unsure about an item.

Please take care when communicating with other members.

• Meet in a public, well-lit place for local exchanges
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial details
• Be cautious of unusual payment requests or off-platform pressure

ReCrafted is not responsible for off-platform communications or in-person meetings between users.

The following items are not permitted on ReCrafted:

• Illegal or regulated items
• Counterfeit products
• Stolen goods
• Hazardous materials
• Adult content
• Any items prohibited by applicable laws

Listings that violate these guidelines may be removed.

If a specific listing looks suspicious or inappropriate, the fastest way to tell us is to open the listing and click Report listing — it goes straight to our moderation team. For anything else, or to report a member, please contact us at:

ReCrafted reserves the right to remove listings, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action if these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service are violated. This may occur with or without prior notice.
