How do I buy an item?
Open a listing and contact the seller. Once you've agreed on the details, arrange payment using the seller's preferred payment method.
How do I pay?
At this stage, buyers pay sellers directly using the payment methods listed on the seller's profile. ReCrafted does not process or hold payments.
Can I buy multiple items from the same seller?
Absolutely! Purchasing multiple items from one seller can help reduce shipping costs. Simply browse the seller's other listings and arrange combined shipping with them.
Can I negotiate the price?
Prices are set by each seller. If you'd like to discuss pricing, you're welcome to contact the seller directly.
Selling
How do I list an item?
Tap Sell, upload your photos, add the item details, choose your price, and publish your listing.
How much does it cost to sell?
Publishing your listings on ReCrafted is currently free.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes. You can edit, pause, or remove your listings at any time.
How do I know when my item sells?
You'll always be notified — you'll get a notification (and an email) whenever a buyer messages you about a listing, and again when an order is marked as sold.
Shipping
Who arranges shipping?
The buyer and seller work together to arrange shipping or local pickup.
Can buyers combine shipping?
Yes. If you're purchasing multiple items from the same seller, ask about combined shipping to help save on postage.
Does ReCrafted provide shipping labels?
Not yet. Sellers currently arrange shipping using their preferred carrier. As our community grows, we hope to introduce additional features to make buying and selling even easier.
Account
Can I update my profile?
Yes. You can update your profile, payment methods, shipping preferences, social links, and other account information at any time.
Can I report a problem?
Yes. If you experience an issue with a listing, another user, or the app, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Marketplace Information
What can I buy and sell?
ReCrafted is designed for paper crafters and makers. You can list paper crafting supplies such as stamps, dies, stencils, embossing folders, inks, papers, tools, storage, and other creative materials.
Does ReCrafted verify listings?
We encourage all members to provide accurate listings and communicate openly. Buyers should review photos and descriptions carefully and ask questions before completing a purchase.
Does ReCrafted handle payments or shipping?
Not at this time. ReCrafted helps buyers and sellers connect, while payment and shipping arrangements are made directly between members.

ReCrafted is a community marketplace, and we encourage everyone to use good judgment when interacting with others.
- Keep all communication respectful.
- Verify item details before sending payment.
- If meeting in person, choose a public place and consider bringing a friend.
- Inspect items before completing an in-person transaction whenever possible.
- Trust your instincts—if something doesn't feel right, don't proceed.
Remember that buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging payment, shipping, and any in-person exchanges.
